Update Request Type feature allows you to modify the renter’s request based on whether they are applying for a specific room, multiple rooms, or the entire house. This ensures accurate matching between renter needs and available property options.

• Open your Dashboard, click the left sidebar, and select Guest Applications.

• Select the particular property you want to Request for additional information. Click on “View Action”
• Click on “View Application”

• On the right sidebar, you will find “Update Request type“

• Lastly, Update the request type with the specific property, room type, or entire house, and living type (private or shared)
