To increase the rent for a property, access your Dashboard and navigate through the left sidebar to “Guest Applications.” Select the property in question and proceed to “View Action,” then “View Application.” Within the application, find the “Update Rent” option on the right sidebar and choose “Increase Rent.” Here, you’ll enter critical details such as the effective date of the increase, the increment amount (in CAD or %), the notice date, and how many days in advance the notice should be sent. It’s also important to note the current rent, set up reminders for users or guests, and decide if the invoice will automatically update with the new rent amount.
