To disapprove a renter, begin by navigating to your Dashboard and clicking on the left sidebar. From there, access “Guest Applications” to find the property associated with the renter you wish to disapprove. Select the property and click on “View Action” to proceed. Then, choose “Disapprove Request” to initiate the disapproval process. At this stage, you may be prompted to provide reasons for disapproval.
