To generate an agreement tailored for a specific renter, start by navigating the dashboard’s sidebar. Click on “Guest Applications” to access the applications associated with your properties. Then, identify and select the property tied to the renter for whom you need to create an agreement, and click on “View Action.” This will lead you to “View Application” for that particular property.
Once inside the application, look to the right sidebar for the “Generate Agreement” option. Clicking this initiates the creation of a new rental agreement for the renter in question. The agreement generation process includes an “edit” feature within the Guest Agreement, which allows customization of the document. And lastly continue to generate the agreement.
