The Add Discount feature allows property managers to apply one-time or recurring rent discounts for renters. 

Open your Dashboard, click the left sidebar, and select Guest Applications.

• Select the particular property you want to Request for additional information. Click on “View Action”. And then from the dropdown menu click on “View Application”

• In the application, on the top bar, click “Other”. From the dropdown menu, choose Update Rent.

• Select “Add Discount”

• Select if one-time or recurring: Choose between “One Time” or “Recurring” for the discount.
• Select Discount Month: If applicable (for recurring discounts), present a list of months for the user to choose from.
• Discount Rate (CAD or %): Clarify whether the rate is in Canadian Dollars (CAD) or as a percentage.
• Additional Notes: Include a field for the user to add any additional notes or comments related to the discount
• Click “save” to save the changes.
