The Update Rent feature allows property managers to modify the renter’s monthly rent amount when needed. This helps ensure accurate billing and up-to-date financial records.

Open your Dashboard, click the left sidebar, and select Guest Applications.

• Select the particular renter you want to update the rent for. Click on “View Action”. And click on “View Application”

• On the upper bar, click on “Other,” and from the dropdown menu, select “Update Rent.”

•  Lastly, update the rent amount.
