The Update Lease Type feature allows property managers to change a renter’s lease agreement between a fixed-term lease or a month-to-month arrangement.

Open your Dashboard, click the left sidebar, and select Guest Applications.

• Select the particular property you want to Request for additional information. Click on “View Action”. And then click on “View Application” from the dropdown menu. 

• Select what type of lease you want (Fixed or Month to Moth)
