Create Maintenance Request feature makes reporting problems with your property simple and efficient.

From your Dashboard, click on Quick Buttons, then select Create Maintenance Request.

Start by selecting the “Add Maintenance Request” option

 Fill in the following:- 

Category of Problem: Select the issue type, e.g., Plumbing. Property: Specify the property related to the request. Requested by: Enter the name of the person reporting the issue (if applicable). Set Priority: Choose from Urgent, High, Normal or Low. Describe the Problem: Provide a clear and detailed description of the issue. Attachments: Optionally, upload any relevant files or photos to support your request.
