A listing owner is the primary person responsible for a property on the platform. This role comes with full access permissions, allowing them to view tenants, communicate, manage details, and handle day-to-day property activities. When someone becomes a listing owner, they serve as the direct point of contact for the tenant.

Who Can Be a Listing Owner?

Only users who have been granted full access to a property can become listing owners. These permissions are typically assigned by the account administrator or property manager.

Steps to Assign Listing Owner

  1. From the Dashboard, open the left sidebar, select “Properties,” and then click “All Properties.”

     4. Click on the 3 dots of the particular property you want to make changes to. And then click on “Change listing Owner”

6. Change the listing owner from “Select homeowner” and click on “Change Listing                   Owner”
