To add a co-applicant, begin by accessing the Dashboard and navigating to the left sidebar. Within the sidebar options, locate and click on “Guest Applications.” Here, you’ll find a list of renters associated with your properties. Select the specific renter for whom you wish to add a co-applicant by clicking on “View Action” next to their name. This action will allow you to access the renter’s application details. Within the application details page, find the option to add a co-applicant and proceed accordingly. Enter the necessary information for the co-applicant and apply.
