The Verify ID feature can be activated by every customer through their WithPersona account. This integration ensures a seamless and personalized experience, enhancing your ability to verify identities efficiently and securely.
- In the Dashboard click on “Quick Buttons”
- And then click on “Verify ID”
3. Click on “Identity Verified”
4. Click the button to let Persona use your biometric info for identity verification, fraud prevention, and platform improvement, agreeing to their Privacy Policy of storing data for up to 3 years.
5. Choose the country of your government ID, aiding in the optimal verification process based on your location.
6. Upload a photo of your government ID, selecting from options like Driver’s License, Healthcare Insurance Card, National ID, Passport, Passport Card, Permanent Resident Card, or Tribal ID for identity verification.
7. Your uploaded ID is being processed; hang tight for a few seconds
8. Your verification process has been completed.
