To generate a homeowner report follow the septs below.
    1. In the Dashboard click on the left sidebar
    2. Within the left side bar click on “Tools”
    3. Choose a specific property for which you want to generate the report. Select a year, month, Or Quarter. Apply the chosen filters and create a report

       

    4. Within the report, Opt for the necessary option (Financial Summary, Maintenance Request, Guest Details, and, Property Inspection Details) required related to the selected property.
    5. The Following option gives a comprehensive report relating to the property. You can also add information where you can use additional features such as attaching PDFs.
       The Financial Summary captures all transactions related to the selected property in the system.
      • Click on the “save” to store the report, enabling you to return later and make edits based on your specific requirements.
      • Click on “Generate Report” to create the report. The generated report will include details like the creator’s name, property
        You can also add any extra income or expense if needed by clicking on “Add Income” or “Add Expenses” respectively. This information can either contribute to the report or create transactions for bookkeeping.
        B) Maintenance Request includes the list of maintenance Requests that can also be included in the report if the option is selected.
        C) Guest Details allow you to identify guests staying in that particular property.
        D) Property Inspection Details allow you to add any issues or violations found during inspections. You can also optionally include property inspection details, suggestions, or feedback.
        • If you want to review the report before making it final or taking further action. Click on “Preview”

          • Click on the “save” to store the report, enabling you to return later and make edits based on your specific requirements.
          • Click on “Generate Report” to create the report. The generated report will include details like the creator’s name, property

          6. Share the report with just one click “Generate and share”. The process is straightforward and user-friendly.

        • If you want to review the report before making it final or taking further action. Click on “Preview”
