- On the main dashboard, locate and click on the “Documents” section in the sidebar.
- In the “Documents” section, you’ll find a list of documents. Look for the document you want to sign. Click on the 3 dots and from the drop-down menu select “Sign” button.
- After clicking “Sign”, a pop-up window will appear for you to enter your signature. Use your mouse, stylus, or touchpad to draw your signature in the provided field. If you’re using a touch-screen device, you can use your finger or a stylus to sign directly. If you make a mistake or are not satisfied with how your signature looks, you can click the “Clear” button to reset the signature field and try again. Once you are satisfied with your signature, click the “Save” button to confirm and apply your signature to the document.
- After saving, the system should update the status of the document from “Pending” to “Approved”
