To Approve a Renter, follow these steps:
1) In Dashboard Overview click the left side bar to view Guest Applications for the property you want to Approve or Disapprove.
2) Click on “Guest Application”
3) Click on “View Actions”
4) To approve the listing click “Approve Request”
5) A pop-up window titled “Review Rent Details” will appear.
In this pop-up, ensure you check and verify the following information:
    • Review the Rent Details, which include move-in and move-out dates, monthly rent, key deposit, and other associated fees.
    • Consider whether to set up a monthly recurring invoice for rent (select “Yes” or “No”).
    • Decide whether to generate a draft agreement (select “Yes” or “No”).
    • Choose whether to generate the rental agreement (note that this step is contingent on both payments being completed, select “Yes” or “No”).
    • Specify the rent due date as the 1st of the month.
If everything appears correct and you are ready to proceed, click “Review Agreement”
  • After clicking the “Review Agreement” pop-up window titled “Guest Service Agreement” which outlines a detailed contract between Haletale and its users, categorized into “Homeowners” (those offering services) and “Renters/ Guest” (those booking services).
  • If you choose the “Edit” option you can make any changes or revisions to the agreement.
  • Select the “Submit” option if the agreement is final and no further changes are needed. By doing so you have effectively approved that particular property.
