The Listing Types & Pricing section allows you to configure the core details of your property listing, including listing type, guest limits, fees, deposits, and long-term booking settings. Customizing these options ensures accurate pricing and a smooth booking experience for guests.

• Open your Dashboard, click the left sidebar, select Properties, and then choose All Properties.

• Find the specific property you want to customize from the list and click on the three dots icon next to it. From the dropdown menu that appears, click on “Edit Property.”

Within this section, you can update several key details:

• Listing Type: Choose between Entire Home or Co-Living.
• Number of Floors: Specify how many floors the property has.
• Monthly Parking Costs: Add any additional parking fees.
• Cleaning Fees: Enter the cleaning fee amount.
• Key and Security Deposits: Set required deposit amounts for keys or security.
• Maximum Guest Limit: Define how many guests can stay on the property.
• Minimum Stay Duration: Set the minimum number of nights required per booking.
• Long-Term Booking Charges (60+ days):
  • Select whether to collect first month’s rent or last month’s rent at the time of booking.

When you’re done customizing, save your changes to apply the updates.
