To update the lease type, begin by accessing the Dashboard and navigating to the left sidebar. Within the sidebar options, locate and click on “Guest Applications.” Once you’re in the Guest Applications section, select the specific renter for whom you wish to update the lease type by clicking on “View Action” next to their name. This action will allow you to access the renter’s application details. Within the application details, you’ll find the option to update the lease type. Choose between “Fixed” or “Month to Month” based on your preference or the specific terms agreed upon.
