Getting Started with Your Profile
Easily manage your personal and business information in a few simple steps.
- Access Your Profile: From the dashboard
- look at the left sidebar and click on “Profile”
Profile Overview: You’ll see your profile details, including your identity verification status, name, and completion status of your profile.
- Personal Information:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Business Details (If applicable):
- Are you a business?: Specify if you are managing a business.
- Business Name:
- Business Number: If unsure, check Canada’s Business Registries website: Canada’s Business Registries.
- Contact Information:
- Email:
- Mobile Number:
- Address:
- Profile and Business Images:
- User Profile Photo: Click ‘Choose file’ to upload your photo.
- Business Logo: Click ‘Choose file’ to upload your business logo.
- Save Your Changes: After entering all the details, click ‘Update’ to save your changes.
