To show only the business name on invoices, and not the personal name, follow these steps:

- Log in to your account, Navigate to your profile by clicking on “Profile” or your account name.

- Click on “Edit” to modify your profile settings.

- Ensure you fill out all necessary fields such as the business name and website link. This information might be visible on the invoice, so include anything that aligns with how you want your business presented. After entering all details, click “Save” to update your profile information. Ensure that the business name is correctly listed as this is what will appear on the invoice.
- Go to the main settings menu.
- Within settings, locate the tab or section specifically for “Invoices”.

- Look for an option titled “Show business name only”. This option is specifically designed to display only the business name on the invoices, excluding any personal names. Turn on the “Show business name only” setting. Click “Save” to apply the changes to your invoice settings.

- Create a new invoice to test the configuration. Navigate to the invoicing section, create an invoice, and review it to confirm that only the business name appears.
