Smarter Renewal and Tenant Communication

The renewal reminders that solved Alice’s auto-extension challenge have grown more capable. Haletale added dedicated rent increase reminder settings and automated the logic behind them, including smarter calculation of the next increase date for tenants who move in mid-month. Recurring invoice changes now flow through to the rent amount automatically, and a tenant’s name links straight to their contact profile, which keeps communication quick when a renewal decision is due.

Clearer Listing Presentation and Privacy

The listing controls that let Alice protect property details have been refined alongside the rest of the application experience. Listings now use the clearer Entire Place wording, the application flow gained dedicated Cancellation Policy and Rules sections, and customized utility names such as Heat and Water now display correctly on the listing page. Together these give prospective tenants the right information up front while keeping sensitive details controlled.

A Stronger Booking and Marketplace Experience

The branded marketplace that reduced Alice’s reliance on third-party platforms now offers a smoother path from browse to booking. The renter application process was enhanced end to end, with a noticeably better mobile experience across the flow, so guests can book comfortably from a phone. Global search makes a growing set of listings easy to navigate, and the application table now surfaces Moving Soon and Moving Out Soon counts with CSV and PDF export, which is exactly the kind of turnover visibility a short-term operator needs.
