The appointment feature allows you to manage appointments efficiently, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free process for both you and your clients.
- In the dashboard click on the left side bar.
- Within the left side bar click on “Properties”.
- Under “Properties” click on “Appointment”
- Upcoming: Appointments that are scheduled for future dates. These are events that are yet to occur, providing a preview of your upcoming engagements.
- Past: Appointments that have already taken place.
- Canceled: Appointments that were scheduled but have been canceled. This category helps you keep track of any changes or cancellations in your appointment schedule.
Under each appointment, you will find detailed information:
- Date: The specific date of the appointment, such as April 19, 2023.
- Property: Details about the property associated with the appointment, providing context or location information.
- Time: The scheduled time for the appointment.
- Name, Email, and Phone: Information about the individual associated with the appointment, including their name, email address, and phone number.
